Getting Ready...

Here we are at the end of August, and school is about to begin! I have been spending nearly every waking minute these past weeks thinking about my upcoming trip and the start of school. Within the past week I have been able to connect with many of my fellow travelers from all over the country; JFMF has set up an online forum where each of the participants can communicate prior to the trip. It is a wonderful idea, and just adds to the building anticipation! Many of my cohorts are busy working on making plans for our one free day in Japan. I am not sure yet what I will do with my day, but the options seem endless! Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to catch a Japanese baseball game as their season will have ended the week before I arrive. My only plan is to make the most of the trip and try to pack as much into every moment. I'm sure I will be exhausted by the end, but it will be worth every bit of sleepiness!
